Welcome to Crestwood Court and to the home of ArtSpace.

The ownership and management of Crestwood Court are committed to serving the community in which we live and work.  In partnership with the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis we have developed the ArtSpace program to foster growth and development in the St. Louis arts scene.

Sol Barket, Principal of Centrum Properties is a St. Louis native, and in his words “… I have a special appreciation for the arts and cultural organizations in this area. The artistic community in St. Louis enriches the lives of the residents as well as stimulates economic growth. It is my hope and intention that Crestwood Court can become a cornerstone of the St. Louis arts and cultural community by supporting the efforts of local artists and organizations. “    

With that in mind, we have introduced ArtSpace at Crestwood Court. This is an exciting opportunity to offer the mall’s resources, namely space, to local artists and arts groups. Together we will transform this once powerful retail destination into the epicenter of arts and culture in St. Louis.

The Regional Arts Commission, with their expertise in the St. Louis arts community, has helped us to shape this project. We believe that we have designed a program that will nurture artists and cultural organization and allow them to prosper.  

Not only does ArtSpace offer unique and affordable location options for artists, but with so many varied and talented people under one roof, the creative sparks are sure to fly. ArtSpace offers the arts community a chance to collaborate with each other, share resources and engage the community in a breadth of cultural activities.
